Printed copies of Voter Information Books are mailed to all households in Fremont, Newark and Union City.

Each book contains paid advertisements that may include measure arguments or candidate qualifications, objectives, and endorsements.

Candidate and issue information appear in each VIB in the same order as it appears on the applicable ballot.

Printed copies are also available at main libraries and City Clerks Offices.
